We make all of our ice cream, gelato, sorbet and other frozen desserts on-site and from scratch in small, 5 litre batches. We use Newfoundland dairy, eggs, berries, rhubarb, maple syrup, ice berg water and many other locally sourced ingredients as well as chocolate from our sister company, Aunt Sarah's Chocolate Shop in Trinity, NL. Our flavour selection rotates every day with new creations introduced daily! We try to keep at least one Classic French Vanilla and Double Dark Chocolate on hand at all times for the purists :) Here are some of the flavours we have created so far:
Classic French Vanilla, Double Dark Chocolate, Butter Crisp, Rocky Road, Pot Hole (Dark Chocolate, Marshmallows and Walnuts...an ode to our wonderful roads in Newfoundland!!), Cookie Smash, Key Lime Pie, Bono Blueberry, Devil's Footprints (Partridge Berries and Cream), Partridge Berry Cheesecake, Maple Walnut, Peanut Butter Party, Hailey's Comet (Dark Chocolate and Raspberry), Strawberry Shortcake, Rhubarb Crumble, Minty Melt Away, Mocha Almond Fudge, White Chocolate Chip, Spotted Monkey (Banana Chocolate Chip), Watermelon Sorbet, Mango Orange, Bonavista Sunset (Dark Chocolate Orange), Strawberries and Cream, MC Squared (Milk Chocolate with Milk Chocolate Chips) and Apple Strudel just to name a few.

All of our waffle cones are made on-site and our milk shakes can be made with any flavour of ice cream/gelato/sorbet.
